The Beginning

The story of AlanCo began with Alan Salhi’s journey as a plumbing engineer in the early 2000s. Based in the heart of Earl’s Court, Alan dedicated his skills to maintaining and improving the plumbing infrastructure of numerous properties, hotels, and restaurants in the area. His reputation for reliability and craftsmanship quickly grew, laying the foundation for what would become a trusted name in the maintenance industry.

2010s

A Growing Legacy

As Alan’s reputation for quality workmanship continued to grow, so did the demand for his services. With more projects across Earl’s Court and into Kensington and Chelsea, the workload expanded beyond what he could manage alone. That’s when his sons stepped in, joining him on the tools and learning the trade firsthand. What started as helping out on jobs soon became a shared passion — and the beginning of a true family business.

2020

The Birth of AlanCo Servicesn

In 2020, AlanCo Services was officially established, marking a bold step forward for the Salhi family business. With a growing demand across London, Alan’s son, Mustafa Rashied, took the lead in formalising operations and driving the company’s expansion. That same year, we proudly opened our first office on Kenway Road, complete with dedicated admin staff to support our growing operations laying a foundation for a new era. What began in Earl’s Court had now grown into a professional, multi-borough operation — built on family values, trust, and a shared commitment to excellence.
